How SATHI Plus works
- SATHI Plus is a monthly software subscription. It renews automatically each month through UPI AutoPay or a card e-mandate, which you approve once.
- Before you pay, SATHI shows the price, the date it renews and how to cancel.
- Cancel any time in the app (About me, Your plan). Nothing more is charged, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for. There are no questions and no retention screens. Once you cancel, auto-renew can't be turned back on. When the month ends, you can subscribe again from Plans.
- If you ask within 7 days of any charge, we refund it in full. See Refunds and cancellation.
- If a renewal payment fails, SATHI keeps working for 3 more days while it is retried, and tells you in the app.
- Receipts say "SATHI Plus, monthly", with no wellbeing wording.
